But I had supposed it was obvious, I do believe his apology was due more so because of Strobeck’s authority, then an earnest sincerity to right any past wrong.

I’d let Judy in on the know, and thereafter she proceeded to give me the scoop on Strobeck.

“So it was Stefan Strobeck who came to your rescue and put your accuser in his place. I am sure you’ve must have learned from Jared that Stefan works for the government, and yes, I’ve seen him around but up until now without much interest. But I’ve heard in passing he pretty much keeps to himself, and I also heard through the grapevine, he’s dated a few gals from the office here and there, but there really wasn’t much there to speak of. But tell me, was he really nice. I mean, he is such a good dresser and all. I was wondering if he’s as nice as he looks.”

Strictly speaking the truth, I was shocked even by my own answer.

Common courteous and professionalism are ideal qualities to attain in the workplace. Yet on occasion an unfortunate incident is not uncommon to disrupt the pleasant working environment.

Lily the blameless damsel walks onto a scene of fellow coworkers in the suspenseful romantic novel “Lily Among Thorns,” and is suffered to come in contact with a brash arrogant lout who proceeds to reprimand without rationality and disregarded is all sense of decorum in the workplace.

Lily stunned into silence because stepping in to her defense is a thoughtful voice seeking to solve the quandary with efficiency and etiquette, to Lily’s disbelief it is none other than Stefan Strobeck. Lily’s emotions faithfully invested in the Holy Scriptures counts on the Lord to help her as it is written in Psalms 59:1, Deliver me from mine enemies, O my God: defend me from them that raise up against me.

Stefan’s forthrightness at present is not enough for Lily to disregard the malicious character she encountered of Stefan’s objectionable past.

Stefan promptly conducts an impromptu informal inquiry which brings to light Lily is an innocent victim an apology is due her. Begrudgingly the accuser follows through at the request of his superior, Stefan

Yet come the days that follow Stefan allocates his time to compose a formal expression of regret for the I’ll-fated spectacle in the workplace. Lily although courteously accepts Stefan’s gifts. She is cautious as to the authenticity of his sincerity since Stefan is associated with the “Ghastly Global Cabal,” as it is written in Revelation 17:12, And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as king one hour with the beast.

The sticky situation for Lily is the outward manifestation of Stefan’s chivalrous conduct in the present-day, which leaves Lily to ponder the authenticity of his redemptive presentation. Thus, Lily leaves all in God’s capable hands and concludes to trust in the Lord to reveal the truth in its own good time as it is written in Psalms 91:21, I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

Judy replied, as the concerned friend I knew her to be, “That’s all well and good for Jared. But what about you? Who’s going to be looking out for you?”

My first thought was the promise of Jesus in Matthew 28:20, “I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.”
