Authors Commentary
What does it mean for Lily when she encounters news articles stating in a word Christians are a menace to society, and or media outlets expounding on the idea it is a detriment to teach Christianity to a child which measurably is contrary to the teachings of the Bible as it is written in Mark 10:14, But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them. Throughout the course of any given day in Lily’s world, a profane irreverent boldness is gaining a daily momentum against the wholesome statutes of the Bible as it is written in Psalms 119: 68, Thou art good, and doest good; teach me thy statutes.
By all indications of the arrogant posture taken against God and His Word in society, it is quite painlessly recognizable for Lily to acknowledge the world is swiftly changing from the Bible standards of a civil mannered society and into a crude and rude world of chaos leading humankind directly to the final conflict between the goodness that is the Bible , and the lies of the ‘Wicked’ one reaching the pinnacle of high mindedness with the appearance of ‘The Man of Sin!

Author’s Commentary
For Lily living in a world where increasingly lurks forward brash proclivity to revolt against the tender mercies of the ‘Father of Spirits.’ Lily in her tender years of young womanhood unfortunately recognizes the hard line the opposition has taken against the Lord of Hosts. Made quite apparent by the ‘Word.’
God’s ‘Word’ at present is leaping off the page revealing the current atmosphere of hostility gaining by leaps and bounds toward the Bible believing Christian, as it is written in Luke 21: 17, And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake.
The Clock is swiftly ticking, and by the ‘Signs of the Times’ Lily is well aware the world is moving closer with each passing day to the ‘End of Days,’ therefore Lily knows it is vitally beneficial to her own best interest to daily walk circumspectly and cautiously living in a world increasingly in opposition toward her Christian faith in the most ‘High God’ of the Bible.
